This is the use of the website of E bikini company that operates at www.ebikini.co.il (or at any other address) (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), which is operated and managed by Bikini Island Ltd., H.P. 207105743, 5 Katzrin Street Rishon LeZion (hereinafter: "E BIKINI"). The use of the Site is subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this document, as their wording at the time of use (hereinafter: the "Regulations"). 

As you can see, the regulations include titles for the sections – their purpose is to make the regulations more accessible, but the above titles do not have a binding legal validity

1. First of all read: Before using the Site, you must read this regulation carefully and carefully, since the Regulations are a binding legal agreement between you and Bikini Island, and it will be the legal basis for any legal or other discussion between you and Bikini Island in connection with the Site and your use of it.

3. Here they sell swimwear (lingerie) and related products: Bikini Island sells the swimwear products and related products of the E bikini brand on the site (hereinafter – the "products" or "brand products"). In this framework, Bikini Island provides information about the brand's products, and enables the purchase of products through the site. The right to use the site is for private and personal use only, and for legal purposes only.
4. On the products on the site: The products displayed on the site are intended for consumers (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law), for use that is primarily personal, home or family. Products may not be purchased on the site as part of a wholesale purchase, and products may not be purchased for sale and/or redistribution, directly or indirectly.
5. All subject to inventory: Bikini Island cannot guarantee that the products displayed on the site will be available continuously and regularly. Bikini Island may change the list of products displayed on the site at its discretion – whether by way of adding or by way of temporary or permanent depreciation, updating the products, replacing them, removing products that are out of stock, adding or removing dimensions and/or colors, and so on, all at its sole discretion and without sending any notice. Without derogating from the aforesaid, Bikini Island may update the prices of the products on the site, the shipping fees charged by it, the delivery dates and any other data, all at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that such a change does not apply to an order that has already been completed and that the payment for which the payment has been transferred. 
6. The images are for illustration:The images of the products displayed on the site are displayed for illustration purposes only. Although bikini island makes efforts to illustrate the products as much as possible, due to the fact that the products are displayed on a screen (computer or cellphone), there may be differences between the appearance on the site and the actual appearance. 
7. It is possible to buy only what is in stock: Purchasing products through the site is subject to the existing inventory in bikini island warehouses. It is not possible to purchase a product marked next to it as out of stock. 
8. excluding shipping and taxes: The prices stated on the site are valid at the time of their presentation only, but they do not include shipping fees (which will be added to each order), Taxes will be paid by the receiver based on each country custom regulations.
9. Promotions and benefits: E Bikini May, at its sole discretion, periodically exit promotions or give discounts on the brand's products. Bikini Island alone will decide the terms of such promotions and discounts, including when they will start and when they will end (immediately from the date of its decision and without prior notice). As a rule, it will not be possible to double discounts on the details sold on the site.
10. Providing details for purchase: For the purpose of purchasing products on the site, you will need to provide user information on the website. The user's information provided by you on the site will be governed by the privacy policy (here below).After initial registration to the site and the creation of a user account on the site, it will be possible to make repurchases quickly without filling out details in future purchases (inter alia). 
11. Registration for the site: To register for the site, you will need to provide your user information and select a username and password for future logins. 1. Purchase by credit: After filling out the user's information (for a one-time purchase) or creating an account that uses a registered customer, it will be possible to purchase products through the site. The purchase on the site will be made by means of Visa, Diners or MasterCard credit cards, subject to the approval of the transaction by the credit card company.

1.  If the credit card company does not approve the transaction, bikini island will send a notice to the email address you provided on the site, and the credit card will not be charged.
2. If the credit card company approves the transaction, Bikini Island will send you a message that the transaction is complete, and your credit card will be charged.

It should be clarified and emphasized that sending an e-mail message regarding the registration of the order in the computerized system of Bikini Island does not constitute evidence regarding the completion of the operation and does not send the email to charge it. It is clarified that bikini island's computer system records, which include computerized and automated registration of all the actions on the site, constitute alleged evidence.

1. Products come to you: Orders from bikini island warehouse will be processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
   
   
2. Taxes may apply: orders are shipped with compulsory and unpaid taxes. E Bikini recommends that you check your country's customs laws to understand what additional fees may apply. 

TAXES AND TARIFFS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR FINAL PURCHASE PRICE WHEN E BIKINI IS SENT TO YOU, DUE TO AN INTERNATIONAL TRADE AGREEMENT KNOWN AS DDU (UNPAID DELIVERY DUTIES).

AS ALL TAXES WILL BE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AUTHORITY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ADVISE THE AMOUNT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOU – AND NOT E.BIKINI – WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLICABLE TO YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL IN YOUR COUNTRY.

1. How we ship and how much it will cost: All shipments will be made through an external courier company that works with the brand, shipping fee apply in each direction. Please allow up to 7 business days until your shipment arrives. While we want to bring E Bikini shipments everywhere, there could be areas where we can't send an order. If you are in such a location, please contact us and see what we can do.

WE DON'T SEND TO P.O. ADDRESSES.

Please note that when your shipping country charges additional amounts as a derivative of the package value, these amounts will be carried by you (e.g. 20% of the value of the package in Europe).

The estimated delivery time above is provided to us by the courier company. E Bikini will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

1. Don't forget to pick up your order:It is your responsibility to receive and/or collect your order upon delivery. NIS 30 will be deducted from the total refundable amount for shipments that were not received or collected.
   
   
2. The courier company will be allowed to contact you (including by phone call or text message) to coordinate the arrival of the products or the collection of products, as the case may be.
3. E Bikini will not bear any liability in the event that the supply of products is prevented or delayed by the courier company.
   
   
4. It should be noted that the delivery of the products may require the presentation of the customer's ID card and the presentation of the order confirmation, as will be given from the order system to carry out a transaction at the sole and absolute discretion of bikini island. It is agreed that bikini non-bikinis and/or anyone acting on its behalf will be entitled to require any additional means of identification, at their discretion, as a condition for supplying the products to the customer.
   
   

All sales are final: E Bikini Does not offer cancellations and/or refunds.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations Under ware and Swimware are not refundable and can't be exchanged.

1. Please note the instructions for use: The use of the product should be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions as they appear on the label attached to the product and/or on its packaging. The consumer will be solely responsible for the use and handling of the product on its own (including laundry instructions), unless otherwise stated on the packaging of the product or in the manufacturer's instructions. Usually on our products it will be indicated to wash by hand only. Do not put our products in a washing machine or dryer.
   
   
2. Mistakes may occur: E Bikini will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information appearing on the site is correct, however mistakes or mistakes may be made, and these will be corrected as soon as possible. If you encounter such an error, please let us know. The price stated on the site is the determining price.

If you have made a reservation, and the confirmation notice indicates a price different from the price stated on the site, bikini island will contact you before sending the order, and make sure that you are willing to pay the correct price as stated on the site. If the price included in the confirmation notice is lower than the price on the site, you can purchase the relevant product at the price on the site, or cancel the order. 3. Limitation of liability: Notwithstanding any law or agreement, in relation to the purchase or use of products on the Site, it is clarified that non-bikini shall be liable for direct damages only, and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damage caused to you or any third party (including loss of income, loss of data, costs incurred in the purchase of an alternative product, loss of profit, etc.). This limitation of warranty shall apply for any claim of any kind. The limitation of bikini island's liability for compensation for direct damages (except for bodily harm) shall not exceed the cumulative amount actually paid to Bikini Island for the order determining the cause of the claim.

It is clarified that the prevention, prohibition or restriction of usability on the site performed by Bikini Island will not impose any responsibility or liability on Bikini Island or exceed the user's obligation to act at any time in accordance with these Terms.
      
      
5. Our intellectual property rights, or those of the companies we work with, are reserved: with the exception of user information, all intellectual property rights of any kind in relation to the Site and its contents belong to Bikini Island or third parties that have given Bikini Island the right to use their intellectual property.

The Content on the Site may be protected under copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property instruments, and any limited right to use it granted to you, to the extent given, will be made with the express prior written permission of a bikini island or those third parties who own the rights therein.

Bikini Island does not grant you permission to make any use of the Content in any other way for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, except for the purpose of obtaining information about the branded products and making a purchase from Bikini Island.

1. Without liability and limitation of liability: the site is intended to provide information about the branded products, and to offer them for sale. The information presented on the site is not advice or opinions of a bikini island or anyone acting on its behalf regarding the nature or quality of the branded products or a recommendation to purchase a branded product. The exclusive forum for all matters related to these Terms or the Site is the Courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Use of the Site is prohibited from countries that do not validate these Terms, including but not limited to countries where the content on the Site is illegal. If you choose to browse to a site outside of Israel, you will do so on your own initiative and responsibility, and you will be responsible for complying with local laws in such a surfing place.
