The site's regulations are formulated in the female language for reasons only for convenience reasons but also applies to men.

Delivery times
Our company offers express home deliveries at a cost of NIS 30 each way made by an external courier company that works with the brand.
Delivery times are between 3-7 business days.
Since the delivery of the products is carried out by an external courier provider and the E Bikini team has no control and ability to supervise the provision of such delivery services, it is clear that the E Bikini team will not be responsible in any way for the delivery service provided by an external courier supplier and / or anyone including regarding the date of delivery of the products and / or for any loss and / or damage of any kind and type whatsoever caused to any person and any property and you will not have and you waive any claim and / or demand and / Or a lawsuit against Bikini Island and its owner.

At the same time, it's important that you know that we're doing everything we can to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible.

Exchange and return

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations Under ware and Swimware are not refundable and can't be exchanged.

Everything listed in this section also relates to beachwear and related products except for the possibility of return. Beachwear can be returned within 5 business days of receipt as long as the product has not been used and the product bears the brand's original label. When all of the above conditions are met, it is necessary to confirm to the brand owner that the product is indeed in good working order and returnable. Brand owners may not allow a return for the following reasons – the product does not arrive at the store within 5 business days from the moment it was received/ the product does not bear the original label/ the product does not arrive as it was sent, or any other reason that will not allow the sale of the product to another customer.
A refund will be given up to 10 business days from receipt of the product in our company in cleaning, cancellation fees, packaging and shipping (roundtrip) 50 NIS If the product is collected from the studio, the cancellation fee will be 25 ₪. A return fee of NIS 30 may be added to this price.

Cancel a transaction
Cancellation of a transaction will be abled as long as the shipment hasn't been picked up.

Responsibility
We at Bikini Island check the quality of the product before shipping it and make sure that it has no defect and that it is suitable for water, chlorine and salt conditions.
Special instructions for use or special highlights of the product will be mentioned in its description.
However, the company is not responsible for any damage caused alone. Keep in mind that chlorine is a chemical and when it appears in higher concentrations than recommended it can damage fabric fibers and color. Rinse with fresh water after use and review our recommendations for long-term swimwear.
If a defect is discovered in your product, you are requested to contact our customer service within 60 days of receiving the product. After 60 days of receipt of the product, no service will be provided for the product.

Promotions, coupons and discounts
Bikini Islanders may decide on promotions, coupons and discounts at any given time and without prior notice. Each coupon and discount promotion is free of double promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated. Bikini Islanders may discontinue the coupon and discount offer at any given time and without prior notice.
